Videoconference Remotes
Tandburg• The Mic Off button switches the local mike on
and off. When the mic is on, the distance participants can hear what you say.
• The Presentation button will switch from the monitor to your laptop and back (or document cam).
• The Vol (Volume) button adjusts the volume of the distance participants over the monitor speakers. Always use this control to adjust sound. Never use the monitor's remote for this purpose.
Tanburg Remote cont.
• The OK (Menu) button shows the Tandberg configuration menu. The four arrows control the local camera so that you can pan to various locations in the room.
• The Zoom button allows you to zoom the camera closer or farther away from a speaker in your room.
Tandburg Remote• The Layout button moves the "picture in picture" view of the local
video to various points around the screen• The Cancel button immediately backs you out of the current
menu.• The Selfview button cancels the remote broadcast and projects
the local view on both screens. • The green "Video Call" button initiates a call to another
videoconferencing site. Here you can dial the meeting room. • The "Phone Book" button opens a list of numbers to dial. We do
not use this feature in SOE at the moment. • The red "Hang Up" button ends a videoconference session.
Polycom
