MEET & GREET TUESDAY, MAY 10TH

Start Interaxions 2016 off right by joining us for the unofficial start of Interaxions! On arrival day, all conference attendees are welcome to stop by the Vanderbilt’s Lounge for an informal gathering of Chempax users and Datacor Staff. Greet friends and make new ones. Likewise, enjoy a friendly game of pool at Datacor’s exclusive pool table. Drinks and appetizers are available for purchase while your network with the Datacor family!

70’S NIGHT FEVERWEDNESDAY MAY 11TH

From the Bee Gees and the General Lee…Peace Signs and Bell Bottom Jeans…Platform Shoes and Disco Balls…the 70’s had it all. So slide on your platform shoes and those psychedelic purple polyester bell bottoms and get your grove on at our 70’s NIGHT FEVER from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel’s Ballroom. We invite all Interaxions attendees to join the Datacor staff and other attendees to dance the night away and enjoy some “Far Out” food, drinks and entertainment.

Dress is business casual, but we encourage you to wear your 1970’s inspired costume. Everyone will receive five raffle tickets upon arrival and have a minimum of five chances to win one of the many fabulous raffle prizes. We also will be rewarding the MOST STYLIN’ 70’s INSPIRED COSTUME. So leave your pet rock at home, put on some decent threads and Party Like It’s 1979!

Interested in adding eChempax to your operations? Have eChempax already and want to learn more? The eChempax Open Forum is an opportunity for users and non-users to stop by to discuss and exchange ideas with other attendees and members of the eChempax development and support team. Topics and questions may be suggested by the audience or members of the panel. This session is open to all attendees. Having eChempax is not a requirement. There is no formal registration for the eChempax Open Forum, so stop by and see us!

NYC BROADWAY TRIP: SOMETHING ROTTEN! THURSDAY, MAY 12TH SOMETHING ROTTEN! is “Broadway’s funniest musical comedy in at least 400 years!” (Time Out New York). The AP calls it “fresh, hysterical and irreverent,” and the New York Post cheers, “Yep, this is a blockbuster. SMOTHING ROTTEN! brings down the house!”

Welcome to the ‘90s – the 1950s. Brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star known as “The Bard”. This outing includes your show tickets, roundtrip movies, refreshments, box dinner and motor transportation to NYC and back to the hotel. The cost of the trip is $150. Check-In is at 3:15 PM in the Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel Lobby.

NYC ON-YOUR-OWN TRIPTHURSDAY, MAY 12TH

Datacor is offering the opportunity for attendees to explore New York City by providing roundtrip, deluxe motor coach transportation to NYC, box dinner, refreshments and on-board movies. The cost of the trip is $50. Check-in is at 3:15 pm in the Wyndham Hamilton Park Lobby.

The On-Your-Own Trip is designed for attendees who want to explore New York City independently. If you want to attend but do not know where to start your adventure, do not worry, Datacor is happy to provide suggestions for New York City hotspots. The only requirement is that you return to the bus at the designated departure time or you will be responsible for your own transportation back to New Jersey.

ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT SESSIONSTHURSDAY, MAY 12TH

Datacor is offering the opportunity for attendees not going to New York City additional time to spend with Datacor staff members. This will be an opportunity to discuss issues specific to your company. We encourage you to bring your laptop device, but most importantly your questions and ideas that you would like to discuss.
