Description of Deficiency

TVA flow diagrat 4TW059-2 212 for wnilt 1 and 47V059-3 311 for unilt 2 show all piping connected to the upper and lower oil coolers for the reactor cooling pump motors to be TVA class C. £513 Section III Code Class 3, applies as the piping is part of the Component Cooling System. However, the upper and lower oil coolers and the adjacent piping were supplied y West in~aouse and their vendor mamil drawings and engineering spec ifications indicate this adjacent piping to be non-AMI Code.
