• Generally bricks are three types based on quality.

would give us a 5% discount. The transport cost would be paid

by the consumer .We would take the cost from the consumer

without discount.

• We would need 5 trip per day which costs 50000 TK. So for a

TRANSECTIONAL ANALYSIS

•A cheque will be provided to the owner of the

brick field. The owner of the brick field will

supply us the brick equivalent to the cheque.

The consumer will pay the bill in cash or

cheque after receiving the products.

MARKET ANALYSIS

• First we have to make a good relation with the consumer and it

is our Primary target. For this, we have to make loss in business

in initial step. Within a few month the condition will change. We

would able to make a good relationship with the consumer .The

demand will increase. We will start to capture the whole market.

we will make reduction in discount gradually. The whole sell of

bricks from factory to the consumer would become possible by

us in Khulna City. We would become the only via to do this in

this city.

NECESSITY

• To meet the daily requirement of bricks the consumer need to

communicate with the manufacturing company .If it is regular

,it would be boring to the consumer for retail demand

,transport. We will make it very easy to the consumer.

• As we will supply the whole bricks, we can ensure a cheap rate

to consumer. The consumer will get benefit by this.

THANKS TO YOU
