Job purpose To render a professional Employee Assistance Programme service to troubled
employees of Tshwane and their immediate family members. To develop and
present human development programs to assist in enhancing the productivity of all

An appropriate tertiary career-related qualification (3 year diploma or degree) or
equivalent qualification.
A Degree in Social Work and experience in the EAP field for example counselling
of employees, development and presentation of EAP programs will be an added
advantage
