Having achieved successful outcomes in numerous previous
international commercial, investment and construction
arbitrations, the IAA Network's members provide "great"
arbitration legal representation "at the highest level" in Europe,
Africa, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Its prize-
winning members have at least seven years of previous
experience at the world's best international corporate firms or
are prize-winning professors of international law.
A variety of online resources exist to find interesting
international arbitration conferences to attend, but only one
truly stood out, which was Hogan Lovells’ International
Arbitration Planner. Nevertheless, through the resources
below, you will find many excellent international arbitration
conferences to attend.
As a major arbitral institution with branches worldwide, the ICC
organizes conferences and trainings globally in numerous
locations on a regular basis.
Based in Paris, the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage,which is
linked to the French Chamber of Commerce, regularly
organizes symposia and trainings on international commercial
arbitration and mediation.
Based in Austria, the CILS regularly organizes conferences
worldwide on various international issues, including arbitration
law.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Arbitration Place offers facilities to
host arbitration and also organizes international arbitration
events and workshops.
This London (UK) journal presents articles, commentaries and
updates relating to arbitration. GAR also organizes events
worldwide and provides information on arbitration conferences
presented by other bodies.
As a major arbitral institution, the HKIAC organizes
conferences and trainings in numerous locations on a regular
basis.
Many IBA conferences are of course unrelated to arbitration,
but some of its best, including the well-known Annual IBA
Arbitration Day, are attended by hundreds of arbitration
practitioners and well worth attending.
