Wildlife across Southern Africa is under threat due to increased poaching and criminal activities. The International Coalition of Rhino Protection ( ICORP) is anot - for - profit counter-poaching organization working in partnership with Terra Global solutions, MaaViva and OneProtest all US-based organizations, sincerely caring for Communities, Rangers and Wildlife. This fits in with our mission and vision.

Our common goal is to disrupt and deter all poaching ac-tivities within the reserves we operate in and by default, its surrounding area. ICORP participates in thiscoalition through the provision of an experienced and well- equipped Counter- Poaching Units.

ICORP community engagement initiatives seek to improve the lives of local communities and provide them with access to skills development and conservation initiatives.

Together, our aim is to help raise awareness of the plight facing Africa’ s flora and fauna.

WHAT ICORP DOES & WHY

ICORP ( International Coalition of Rhino Protection) is dedicated to the protection of wildlife. The teamoperates its own Counter- Poaching Units ( CPU) within the larger Mopani region of the Limpopo Province, South Africa. We work in close proximity to the Kruger National Park ( KNP), however, due to the sensitivity of wildlife protection, we cannot disclose the exact location of our operations.

Under the leadership of Marc Mc Donald, ICORPemploys, trains and equips rangers to assist with on the ground counter- poaching measures, intelligencegathering/communication and arrests when necessary.

Candidates with a passion for wildlife conservation can take an active role in supporting our Counter Poaching Unit for a minimum of 1 month. Our program allows each volunteer to participate in tasks alongside the CPU team.

“After going home, all I could think about was going back. This is a place for people who are serious about wildlife conservation and really want to make adifference. My volunteering experience has had such animpact on me that I wish to eventually work on the ground in a full-time position.”

Joe Dalziel Volunteer Coordinator (United Kingdom) two-time ICORP volunteer ranger.

“I have completed two tours of duty with ICORP as a volunteer CPU Ranger; one in Mozambique and one in South Africa. My boots-on-the-ground experiences

working with the CPU on operational day and nightduties were amazing adventures. I will continue to serve with ICORP as a volunteer. It is imperative to protect Africa’s majestic wildlife, to keep them free to roam the bush, plains, and savannas. ICORP is family.”

Mario Buzzanca Volunteer Coordinator (Australia)two-time ICORP volunteer ranger.

ICORP volunteers are expected to participate in the following:

• Motorized or on foot field patrols within the armed unit

• Radio and operations room duties• Ground reconnaissance patrols inside the reserve• Tracking and observing all wildlife movements and

“By joining ICORP as a volunteer you will be taking a huge and positive step towards curbing the threat of species extinction. We are a charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of wildlife. It would mean a lot to me and my support group to see you join our tribe and see that you have heard our call. We cannot lead the fight against poaching without a strong and supportive base.

We have men and women on the front lines who have left their families and risk their lives every day while protecting the iconic animals of Africa. By joining us as a guardian for the future, you will make a direct impact on saving rhinos, elephants and all wildlife of Southern Africa.”

Thank you! Marc McDonald - Founder of ICORP
