The pandemic in 2020 sent shockwaves through the global economy. COVID-19 has triggered a global crisis like no other—a global health crisis that is leading to the deepest global recession since the second world war. The epidemic impact is engraving very solid footprints in every bite of the World market. Businesses are revamping to new normal, Governments are stretching their spending capacity, the financial systems are attempting to strengthen their stability, Policymakers all over the world are looking for ways to contain the spread of the virus while limiting the economic fallout and the list of exhaustive. The scourge ramped beyond bounderies. For this reason, coordinated, international strategies to fight the virus and its economic impact are more effective than going it alone. Cooperation based on sustainable development among enterprises, governments, social organizations, the public and nature is the need of the hour.

Even Ms. Kristalina Georgieva, IMF Managing Director quoted while releasing the Global Policy Agenda (2020), “This is a crisis like no other. We anticipate the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. While there is tremendous uncertainty around the forecast, we project global growth to fall to-3 percent this year. And we project a partial recovery in 2021, with growth expected at 5.8 per cent. In time, as the global economy stabilizes, coordinated fiscal stimulus will be needed to boost demand and restore growth.

It is time to reinvigorate multilateralism. There is a strong need for common dais to discuss the corporation, coordination and contemplation between multinationals, policy makers, educationsists, researchers, maketers, financial experts, analysts, investors, philanthropists and governance cordials.

The immediate policy priorities are to alleviate the ongoing health and human costs and attenuate the near-term economic losses. Once the crisis abates, it will be necessary to reaffirm credible commitment to sustainable policies and undertake the necessary reforms to strengthen long-term growth prospects. Proper governance structure design and mechanisms can effectively coordinate the harmonious development of economy, society and environment.

GCeMP2K21 is designed to address the 5G - Global Management, Green Management, Governance, Growth Management and Government.

Research papers, conceptual papers (review of literature) and cases are solicited from academicians, management consultants, research scholars, Industrial Experts and management students, relevant to the theme of the conference. This conference aims to provide a platform to present and discuss latest developments and trends in relation to - Global Economic Environment, Green Concept of Business, Innovative Governance, Economic Growth and Sustainability and Government Policy worldwide and its impacts. Some of the promising areas have been identified to be discussed in the conference. However, the list is indicative and not exhaustive. The papers can be developed by incorporating the themes within also.

Call for Papers

This interdisciplinary forum is for scholars, teachers, government policy makers and practitioners from any professional discipline who share an interest in, have conducted research or would like to share innovative ideas in the areas of globalization, government policy, green business and good governance. The Conference is the premier interdisciplinary forum for social scientists, engineers, policy makers and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications in all areas addressing the 5Gs - Global, Green, Governance, Growth and Government.

In consideration of the health and safety of participants, GCeMP2k21 will be held online. All participants are welcomed to join the online conference through Zoom link, which will be shared on registration. This online conversion of GCeMP2K21 aims to provide a platform to the professors, researchers, scholars, students and Corporate participants to share and discuss their research and findings from wherever they are. Distance won’t be a barrier of knowledge. We can go through this special time together.

Paper Submission GuidelinesŸ We invite academicians, practicing professionals, and researchers to participate by sharing their thoughts on the themes.

Ÿ Only original, unpublished work is sought. Any proposal submitted to present identical or substantial similar work already published, under review for another conference or publication will not be considered.

Ÿ In the covering letter, accompanying the manuscript, the contributors should certify that manuscript has neither been published anywhere nor is being considered presently anywhere for publication.

Ÿ Abstract (not exceeding 200 words) should reach us through email at [email protected] latest by February 20, 2021 in Microsoft Word Format only.

Ÿ Submission should include a separate title page, which clearly indicates the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), complete mailing address(es), telephone/fax numbers and e‐mail address(es), title of the paper and up to four keywords that describe the paper.

Ÿ Email confirmation regarding acceptance of the Abstract will be communicated within 7 working days from the date of submission.

Ÿ The text of the full paper and abstract must include the title, but should not include the name(s) of the author(s) as papers will be blind reviewed.

Review CriteriaŸ The abstract must include a clear indication of the objectives, methodology, major results, implications, and key references. All

abstracts will be subject to blind review and only those abstracts approved by the reviewers will be selected.

Ÿ The criteria for evaluation by the reviewers are as follows:

- Relevance: Does the subject of the paper appeal to the interests of the conference attendees?

- Methodology: Does the paper use sound and appropriate method (s)?

- Originality: Does the paper add new findings, insights, or knowledge to the body of literature?

- Research: Does the paper compare and weigh the material against the work of others?

- Conclusions: Are the conclusions sounds and justified as per the problem discussion?

- Policy/ Managerial Implications: Are the policy implications relevant and useful for the problem demonstrated?

- References: Are the references relevant and adequate (for full paper only)?
