Convention is ICC's premier event. Every summer, Chapter members ages 6 - 18 and alumni gather to practice leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills in a high-energy Christ-centered environment. Renowned guest speakers, advanced labs, and themed banquets give students of every level a chance to develop competence and character while working alongside peers and mentors who are passionate about making a difference in their culture - both at home and abroad

“My hope is to inspire writers to craft stories that shine light into darkness, bring joy, and create order amidst chaos. I plan to equip my students to carry wisdom into their business, the Spirit into their artistic lives, and excellence into their art.”

Sean Gaffney is a playwright, screenwriter, director, teacher and producer. He was the Story Administrator for Warner Bros. Features, the Managing Director of Taproot Theatre (Seattle) and General Manager of Lamb's Theatre Company (New York). He has authored twenty-nine produced plays, four commissioned television pilots, two published books, as well as seventy plus produced videos, animation projects and short films.
