INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STUDIES DAL.CA Master of Arts (MA) The Department of International Development Studies aims to foster greater understanding between developed and underdeveloped societies through study, research and cross-cultural learning experiences. The department provides a critical theoretical and practical exploration of contemporary development issues and debates. We offer students an interdisciplinary approach to development teaching and research; small classes on a wide range of development issues; dedicated faculty who value social justice, equality and sustainability; and an opportunity to study and research abroad.
