The FIFAS is an international meeting that brings in one place, the professionals people of Banking and Insurance. The discussions of this edition have revolved around inclusion. Thoughts of the participants They have work to find solutions for the integration of low income households and businesses in the banking and insurance systems. The question of the financing of small business has also arisen. And they wound up pinpointing the problem of lack of guarantee for the financing of small and mid-sized companies. It seems like Mobile Banking and Mobile Insurance are greatly contributing to that aim, even if it’s not enough. The rate of integration in the in banking system remains low in Africa, around 15%. So there is still a lot of work to do in order to bring this rate to the international standards. The forum has also indicated that Africa needs to develop the Capital-Investment Industry, because it is an important segment in the financing of firms.
