How to Apply• Deadlines

• for the spring semester / spring & summer trimesters: 10 October

• for the fall semester / trimester: 10 June

• Necessary documents

• motivation letter (in English), including a provisional list of courses at partner university the applicant wants to take

• written confirmation / recommendation from research supervisor that (s)he finds the applicant’s internship beneficial for his / her studies & research (in Russian)

• scan of passport

• All applicants are interviewed by the Student Mobility Commission at HSE Department of Public Policy

ERMA European Regional Master in Human Rights

• European consortium coordinated by the Universities of Sarajevo and Bologna

• Co-financed by the European Commission and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

• 14-month long double-degree program

• Schedule:

• Nov – Jun: taught cycle at the University of Sarajevo

• Jun – Jul: internship in a European country of choice

• Aug – Oct: dissertation preparation and defense at the University of Bologna

• Full scholarships available for CIS citizens
