We are an Urgent Care Clinic with follow upWe take care of minor illnesses and injuriesWe have the ability to refer to specialists if neededWe have immunizations available most of these
will have a fee associated with it: Influenza, MMR, Hepatitis, Tetanus
We have a part time Psychiatrist and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
We take care of Women’s Health IssuesWe also take care of Sexually Transmitted
diseases and testing
Requirements
Completed Health History FormCopy of immunization records proving 2 MMR’s
(Measles-Mumps-Rubella) We will have the immunization available for $50 for each
separate shotCompleted Meningococcal wavier or proof of
immunization if living on campusTuberculosis Testing for all International
Students Or proof of blood screening test/ Two step TB skin testing
completed with in 6 months of enrollment Anyone who has had the BCG vaccination as a child needs to
have the blood screening test
Countries with high incidence of TB
“High Incidence” areas are defined as areas with reported or estimated incidence of ≥20 cases
per 100,000 population
