Operators are advised to check if their own legislation authorises the transmission of e- mails for the purpose of serving as
evidence in legal proceedings. If this is not the case, operators can bilaterally agree that the method of transmitting e-mails
does provide sufficient evidence in legal proceedings.
Definition of criteria of suspected fraud:
Circuit Switched Traffic, Packet Switched Traffic,
SMS traffic*, Content Transactions. [ ]

like yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc may not be used. This email address must be exclusively used for receiving HURs, to enable
automated processing of the incoming HUR emails. This will ensure that all emails are processed as potential fraud alerts
rather than personal emails.
