Over the years, ISSs ownership and personnel have utilized technology, and innovation to meet the changing needs o its clients

and stay ahead o competition. Some accomplishments that exempliy the ingenuity o ISS include: reduction o rig ootprints

or operation on the smallest o locations; modifcation o rig components to increase capacities

but not their size; redesign o rig sub bases and skid beams to operate with hydraulic equipment;

design o a hydraulic, continuously operating rotary with increased torque capabilities; automation

o several hydraulic rig systems; design o a lightweight top drive system to be used on hydraulic

drilling rigs; confguration o a derrick pipe racking system and design o rig components or easy

confguration with a variety o platorm layouts.

Safety

Saety is a critical element o ISSs operations and is JOB ONE. No job is undertaken unless

it can be done saely. ISS has a solid, proven, multi-level saety program that includes

written policies and procedures, saety supervision, and required training on the job and in

the classroom. Full participation o all personnel is required in saety drills, meetings, rig

inspections and reporting with ollow-up by management. All equipment and processes are

designed, constructed and operated with saety in mind. Since its inception, ISS and its

afliates have maintained an excellent saety record and are constantly improving upon their

saety standards.

The 95k Rig Assist Unit was designed to

provide land based conventional workoverand drilling rigs the ability to snub pipe into

the well until the pipe weight overcomes

the wellbore pressure. When the pipe is

considered heavy, the drilling or workover

rig then takes over running tubing.

snubbing units are designed and custom

built to perform live or dead well operations

on or offshore. The quick rig model which is

land based is truck mounted and offers the

customer an extremely quick rig up time for

a fully equipped stand alone snubbing unit.

These units are perfectly designed to work

on: long horizontal wells, highly deviated

wells where coil tubing is limited due to

push or friction issues, through tubing work,

and velocity strings predominately seen

throughout the US Shale.

stand alone snubbing units designed and

custom built to perorm live or dead well

interventions. The 225k has become a more

versatile unit or ISS in recent years due to

greater rotary capabilities 6,000 t/lbs and a

11" thru bore oten needed to handle larger

tubing hangers and bottom hole assemblies.

ISS also has our 225k units in the quick rig

confguration which are truck mounted and

perorm a variety o live intervention such

as fshing coil tubing, running completions,

milling out multiple plugs ater racing and

complex live well applications.
