High quality drilling grade Barite (Barium Sulphate) weighing Material used to increase thedensity of drilling fluids. It is the most widely used drilling weight material due to its high specificgravity. It meets API 13A requirements.

FERRO BAR (HEMATITE) HFB-480

Drilling-grade hematite is produced from commercial ores, and may be a single ore or blends ofhematite ores. Minor amounts of common accessory materials, other than the iron oxide (Fe2O3)mineral, include silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, and magnesium oxide.

BENTONITE BEN-560

The mineral bentonite can be found all over the world. It is formed from weathering volcanic ash.It reacts as a fluid when mechanically stressed, for example shaken or stirred. However, it hardensin quiescent condition because its viscosity increases.

HIGH VISCOSITY CARBOXY METHYL CELLULOSE CMC-HV

A high viscosity, high molecular weight dispersible Carboxymethyl Cellulose fluid loss additivedesigned to provide viscosity and reduce API filtration rate to water based drilling fluids.

XANTHAN GUM / XC POLYMER XAN-110

It is an effective thickening agent and stabilizer to prevent ingredients from separating. It can beproduced from simple sugars using a fermentation process.

HIGH VISCOSITY POLYANIONIC CELLULOSE PAC-HV

PAC HV can improve the coagulation stability of the system by forming a relatively thick solventabsorption layer on the particle surface of drilling fluids, reduce the electrostatic attractionbetween particles and thus increasing the surface charge of particles.

Drilling-grade barite is produced from commercial barium sulfate-containing ores. Themanufacturer shall retain certificates of analysis or similar documentation on these commercialbarium sulfate ores. It also meets API 13A requirements.

LIMESTONE CHIPS LIM-100

Limestone is a sedimentary rock, composed mainly of skeletal fragments of marine organismssuch as coral, forams and molluscs. Its major materials are the minerals calcite and aragonite,which are different crystal forms of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).

MICA (C,M,F) MIC-100

Mica or Muscovite is a naturally occurring loss circulation material. It can be utilized in water baseor oil base drilling fluids. Mica is inert and does not react with any other drilling fluid additives andis unaffected by the additions of oil, salts, acids or brines.

CALCIUM CARBONATE CACA-100

Acid soluble grinded Calcium Carbonate. It is used as a Bridging and a weighing agent used indrilling. It is used to increase mud density and is preferred to Barite as it is acid Soluble. It isgrinded in three sizes Coarse, Medium and Fine.

OYSTER SHELL (C,M,F) OYS-100

The material is processed through naturally occurring sea shells of Oyster Origin. Unlike othergrades which are inorganic in nature. Material derived from Oyster shells is considered to bederived from Organic Source.

WALNUT SHELL WAL-100

Walnut shells are a versatile abrasive media widely used in blasting, tumbling, cleaning, polishing,filtration, cosmetics, as well as non-skid applications and filler applications.

A drilling-mud additive used to control fluid loss in water muds ranging from freshwater tosaturated-salt to high-pH lime muds. They are subject to bacterial attack unless protected by highsalinity or bactericide. Drilling-grade natural starch has API/ISO specifications for quality.

LOW VISCOSITY CARBOXY METHYL CELLULOSE CMC-LV

A low viscosity technical grade dispersible Carboxymethyl Cellulose fluid loss additive designed toreduce API filtration rate with minimum increase in viscosity in water based drilling fluids.

LOW VISCOSITY POLYANIONIC CELLULOSE PAC-LV

Polyanionic Cellulose can be used in various drilling fluid systems and shows very good fluid lossreducing capability especially in salt water, sea water and saturated salt water drilling fluids.

A modified starch polymer derived from an unmodified starch having an amylopectin content. Themodified starch polymers provide improved high temperature fluid loss performance whenincorporated into well drilling fluids.

LOW VISCOSITY DRILLING STARCH (GREEN) LVDS-G

It is an economical and very effective filtration control additive. It works well in all water includingfresh water, highly saline water, hard water and can be used effectively in most mud systems. Itreduces fluid Loss and increases viscosity.

OBM FLUID LOSS CONTROL AGENT OBM-FLC-NT

This versatile mud conditioner contributes to the stability of drilling fluids, stabilizes shale, inhibitsdispersion of drilled solids, reduces torque and drag, controls high temperature water loss andacts as an alternative to oil usage etc. and aids emulsification of oil.

OBM HIGH TEMPERATURE FLUID LOSS CONTROL AGENT OBM-FLC-HT

It Improves lubricity thereby reducing torque and drag of the drilling string, seals small fractures instressed shale formulation, prevents bit and down hole assembly bailing by preferentially oilwetting the drill string and controls high temperature water loss.

A class of water muds that use partially-hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) as a functionaladditive, either to control wellbore shales or to extend bentonite clay in a low-solids mud. PHPA isbelieved to seal microfractures and coat shale surfaces.

RESINEX RESX-100

An asphaltic mud additive that has been reacted with sulfite to add anionic sulfonate groups tothe complex molecular structure. Sulfonate groups make an additive water dispersible, dependingon the extent of sulfonation.

Sodium silicate is the technical and common name for a mixture of such compounds, chiefly themetasilicate, also called waterglass, water glass, or liquid glass. The product has a wide variety ofuses.

Zinc Carbonate is effective as a scavenger at the pH levels found in drilling fluids. It isrecommended that a pH above 10 be maintained whenever H2S is expected. This high alkalinityconverts the dangerous H2S gas to less toxic bisulfide (HS-) and sulfide (S2-) ions.

SILICON DEFOAMER DEF-55

A defoamer or an anti-foaming agent is a chemical additive that reduces and hinders theformation of foam in industrial process liquids. Commonly used agents are insoluble oils,polydimethylsiloxanes and other silicones, certain alcohols, stearates and glycols.

CALCIUM BROMIDE L CABR-100

Calcium bromide is the name for compounds with the chemical formula CaBr2(H2O)x. Individualcompounds include the anhydrous material, the hexahydrate, and the rare dihydrate. All arewhite powders that dissolve in water, and from these solutions crystallizes the hexahydrate.

WELL TESTING AND COMPLETION FLUIDS

It is used to remove the sulphides caused by the intrusion of Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger in waterbased muds. It is non corrosive to metals.

It most commonly occurs as a crystalline decahydrate, which readily effloresces to form a whitepowder, the monohydrate. Pure sodium carbonate is a white, odorless powder that ishygroscopic. It has a strongly alkaline taste, and forms a moderately basic solution in water.

DRILLING SALT (SODIUM CHLORIDE) SAL-D

Sodium chloride is the salt most responsible for the salinity of seawater and of the extracellularfluid of many multicellular organisms. In its edible form of table salt, it is commonly used as acondiment and food preservative.

CAUSTIC SODA CASO

The common name for sodium hydroxide [NaOH]. Caustic soda is used in most water-base mudsto increase and maintain pH and alkalinity. Proper training and equipment are needed to handle itsafely.

POTASSIUM CHLORIDE KCL

Potassium chloride (KCl) is a soluble salt that is an extremely efficient shale stabilizer when drillinghydro sensitive clays and shales. Inhibition is produced through exchange; the potassium ionenters between the individual clay platelets in the shale so that they are held together.

LIME LIME-200A

Lime is a calcium-containing inorganic mineral in which oxides, and hydroxides predominate. Limeis calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide. It is also the name of the natural mineral (native lime) CaOwhich occurs as a product of coal seam fires and in altered limestone xenoliths in volcanic ejecta.

Commonly known as baking soda, is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. It is a saltcomposed of sodium ions and bicarbonate ions. Sodium bicarbonate is a white solid that iscrystalline but often appears as a fine powder.

A glycol that is soluble at low temperatures but starts to form micelles, thus becoming cloudy, asthe temperature is raised. The temperature at which this phenomenon occurs the cloud point isaffected by salinity. Cloud point glycols are used as shale inhibitors.

CITRIC ACID CIT-AC

Citric acid is a weak organic acid that has the chemical formula C6H8O7. It occurs naturally incitrus fruits. In biochemistry, it is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle, which occurs in themetabolism of all aerobic organisms.

CALCIUM CHLORIDE (77%) CAC-77

Calcium chloride is an inorganic compound, a salt with the chemical formula CaCl2. It is a colorlesscrystalline solid at room temperature, highly soluble in water.

It provides excellent emulsion stability, acts as a wetting agent, gelling agent and fluid stabilizer ina mineral oil base. It is also used for filtration control and for temperature stability.

Is a specially selected Amine Treated Bentonite. It is designed to act as a rheological additive in oilbased fluids and drilling muds. It functions as a Viscosifier and gelling agent in oil and syntheticbased mud systems.

DRILLING MUD EMULSIFIER DME

D.M.E is a mixture of special emulsifying agent which when used in drilling mud, gives stableemulsion of oil in water. It is an emulsifier which is applied to water base drilling mud when otherconvectional emulsifiers fails to emulsify diesel fuel in mud texture.

It is a liquid blend of selected Primary emulsifier. It is essentially polyaminated Fatty acid and isused to emulsify Water into Oil in Oil /Diesel based drilling fluids.
