ACCOMMODATION

Bridal Suite

Whether celebrating your wedding at the International Hotel or elsewhere in the

region, you can spend your first night as a married couple in a luxurious bridal suite at

the hotel. If you are holding your wedding reception at the International, you may

receive a complementary bridal suite package that includes:

Overnight accommodation in our elegant bridal suite

Chocolates and a bottle of Australian sparkling wine

Complimentary hot plated breakfast for two delivered to your room

Wedding Party

Travelling guests may also like to stay at the International Hotel. The hotel offers the

highest standard of professional service and accommodation with 81 stylish hotel

rooms and suites.

Each room contains wireless internet access, LED Flat screen TV and 7 day a week

room service. The International Hotel Wagga Wagga combines classic elegance with

the latest technology to keep you comfortable and connected while travelling.

INTERNATIONAL terms and conditions

DEPOSIT

A $1000.00 deposit, is required to confirm your booking and secure the venue. Prior to the

deposit being paid the venue will be held for 7 days. If verbal communication is not received

within this time, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to

another client.

PROGRESS PAYMENT

[Second Deposit] - 3 months prior to the wedding date a further $1000.00 is required.

CANCELLATIONS

A. International Hotel must be notified of all cancellations in writing.

B. Bookings cancelled within twelve months to the date of the wedding reception, shall

forfeit full deposit of $1000.00.

C. If the event is cancelled within 6 months of the date booked, the client shall forfeit their

deposit and 20% of the food component is to be paid by the client.

D. If the event is cancelled within 3 months, the client shall forfeit their deposit and 50% of

the food component is to be paid by the client.

E. If the event is cancelled within 2 weeks of wedding reception, the client shall forfeit the

final payment.

FINAL DETAILS

Final numbers, menus, room set ups, starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing

14 days prior to the function.

GUARANTEED NUMBERS

Confirmation of numbers is required at midday, 3 days (72 hours) prior to the day of your event.

After this time no downward adjustments in the total catering cost is possible.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

A minimum number 60 guests in the Allure room and 40 guests in the Avenue room is required

to hold your event in each room. Numbers less will incur charges.

FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT SETTLEMENTS

Final payment is required in full three (3) days prior to your wedding reception. Payment of

account can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. If paying via direct deposit, payment

needs to be made in full seven (7) days prior, with a reference to your event and a remittance to

be sent to verify payment. Any amount incurred on the night is payable on the night of the event.

SECURITY AND INSURANCE

International Hotel will not accept responsibility for loss of damage to any equipment or

merchandise left on the premises prior to, during or after your event.

Any damage made by guests to the property of International Hotel will be charged directly to the

client and made payable at the completion of the event.

Prices stated within this package are valid for any wedding booked before the 31st December

MARKETING

International Hotel reserves the right to use any photo’s taken of event set up for marketing

purposes

COMPLIANCE

The organiser (event manager, patron) will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of

guests. International Hotel reserves the right to remove those persons who in its opinion are

conducting themselves in a manner which is causing a disturbance or nuisance.

DAMAGES

The patron is financially responsible and agrees to indemnify International Hotel for all damages

sustained to the property and grounds during an event as an action of invitees/guests or the

organiser.

LIQUOR LICENCE POLICY

The event shall be conducted, in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance with the con-

ditions attached to the International Hotel, granted pursuant to the New South Wales Liquor act,

1992

CHILDREN MENU

Available on request at $15.00 per child under the age of 12.

CAKEAGE

Charges may apply when cake is being used as dessert. Plattered cake service is free of

charge.

VEGETARIAN/ SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS

If you have people among your guest list who are vegetarians or have special dietary require-

ments, they will be catered for by the chef at no additional cost. Please advise International

Hotel two weeks prior to the event.

CREW MEALS

Crew meals are required for photographers, videographers, band members, disk jockey and any

person who is providing a service at your event, who is not a guest. They are charged at 30% off

the adult price per person, and will receive a main meal.

SMOKING

No smoking is permitted inside the reception area. Guests are permitted to smoke outside in the

courtyard.
