Integrated Video-conference service (SIVIC)

• The SIVIC is a service for coordinating, and delivering video-conference services among Latin-American NRENs. The concept is to deliver a federated service with the same standards and procedures for all participant institutions.

• Video-conference service scheduling and coordination are complex manual processes.

• Lack of quality/service standardization across different institutions

• The institutions do not manage common policies and procedures video-conference services.
