The inventory resulted into the increment in cost of supplied goods. This eventually led to decrement in the profit margin of the company. The project assigned to Viraj was changed in the midway. Positive Experience:

The thing that Viraj liked about Tata chemicals was the scope of learning. The projects involved pushing oneself one step further and learning in your own. He was mentored and guided by seniors. All the seniors were really helpful and provided insight about the company from ground zero. It was a great learning opportunity.

Negative Experience: Although the program was designed in a strategic manner, there are levels of bureaucracy. Every approval or any query use to take more time than it should have. Apart from that, most of the effort were put by Viraj and he himself had to inform his mentor about the work progress. The reviewer met only twice. There should have been more interaction as suggested by Viraj himself.
