This is the pitch that is neededInterroll is the only company in the worldto offer variable wheel pitch on one wheeltrack. The advantage of this configurationis that the loading side, which has towithstand the heavier loads, has greaterstrength thanks to the narrower configu-ration of the wheels. The loading side can be set up with a 28 mm or 42 mmspacing depending on weight of the containers.

The heavier, the better. Although, as always, there are limits here too. In anycase, our profiles do grow with theirwork. This means that, with increasingloads, the side plates on the profile moveinwards towards the wheel axle to createa rigid shape, without this affecting the smooth and quiet operation of theconveyor wheels in the slightest.

This is also the unique possibility world-wide of varying the gap between thewheels as required, so that the loads canbe better distributed at critical points andthe solution can be sold at the right price.

On the one hand this is possible thanksto the geometry of the track profile and,on the other hand, thanks to our specialmachines that we have had built so thatwe can produce this extraordinary staticand flexible wheel spacing.
