ApplicationI applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks – interviewed at Deloitte UK.
InterviewPhone, Individual, then panel. Unlike other Big4 the whole process is run through Partners. You get tomeet the people who you would work for, not just peers. There has to be a sponsoring Partner andthen some others to give questions and objections. It was quite quick on the interview process exceptfor one Partner who was never available and slowed it down a lot.

InterviewApplied through employee referral. I had my phone interview two weeks after. The phone interview wasbasic, was asked about my previous work experience and educational background as well as what Iknow about the company and why did I decide to apply to Deloitte. A week after had my face to faceinterview with the Department Manager which was mostly a competency based interview. Managerwas very nice.
