Your Wellbeing is exactly that: YOURS to create, manage and plan for as an important part of your life. Baylor is your partner in your Wellbeing by providing dozens of options that you can use to tailor the plan that fits your life and meets your needs.

Today’s speakers share perspectives and options to help fortify your current efforts or to help you get started if this is your starting point for actively managing your Wellbeing. As you listen to each speaker, take a few moments to assess your Wellbeing in each of the five dimensions. How do you feel about your progress? Are you on the right track? Feel like something is missing? Use the guide below to help you reflect, chart your plan and resolve to take action.

Remember to visit baylor.edu/hr/wellbeing and baylor.edu/hr for a complete list of wellbeing related resources and events, and keep in mind that those resources change frequently, so mark your calendar now to come back and look at new classes and resources every few weeks.
