Adelaide O&M Alliance contract :

Adelaide Metro : Water services currently operated by UWI
SA Water launched new tender, with new contractual
framework, new operational arrangements
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Alliance contract for water,
wastewater and reuse networks (9000 km + 7000 km), water
and wastewater treatment plants (6+7)
Duration : 10 years + 6 years extension based on performance
Unsuccessful competitor: Metroaqua (United Utilities Australia,
Acciona, Thiess Services)

Comprehensive prequalification documents (EOI)
Interviews and oral presentation at the EOI stage
Numerous workshops (cultural, technical, commercial…)
with SA Water, in parallel for each of the pre-qualified
candidates
Submission of 30%, 80% and then 100% (final) proposals
reviewed by SA Water – Feedback from client at each stage
