Connect Xf introduces an easy and intuitive way of provisioning users and groups (distribution lists) in a mailing domain.

Provisioning users

1. Select the Entity View.

2. Select Users from the domain.

3. Click on the Add button. An empty row will be

created in the list of Users

4. Fill in the User Id, Password and User’s Class of service fields.

5. Click on the Save button to commit the change. The user and User Email

id will be automatically generated.Repeat Steps 3 to 5 to add all the users

Provisioning groups (distribution lists) – Step 1

1. Select the Entity View.

2. Select Groups from the domain.

3. Click on the Add button. An empty row will be created in the

list of Groups

4. Fill in the Group Id, and Group’s Password fields.

5. Click on the Save button to commit the change. The group

and Group Email id will be automatically generated.

Provisioning groups (distribution lists) – Step 2

1. Select the Entity View.

2. Select the Sales team group id from the list of Groups for the domain. 3. In the Directory tab,

double click on the value of the Group Member Ids field.

4. In the pop up window Add the members of the Group

and click on Save.

5. Click on the Save button to commit the change.
