SUPERIOR surface quality. 100% of Dragon Ply SMART production utilizes a multi-step calibration lamination. These extra steps ensure the smoothest, most uniform surface quality available in veneer core plywood.

MATERIALS are the first step in ensuring consistent top quality plywood. Face veneers are individually inspected by our Quality Control staff providing consistencies in performance and the highest aesthetic value available from the grade.

ANTIMICROBIAL UV technology uses a nano silver ion antibacterial agent to provide users with additional peace of mind. This laboratory tested UV options kills 99.9% of bacteria. All Dragon Ply SMART panels made with this nano technology are edge printed with SMART for easy product identification.

RELIABLE performance in every panel. Quality Control staff rigorously inspects products from around the globe to ensuring Dragon Ply SMART delivers the most reliable performance EVERY TIME it is used.

THICKNESS tolerance. Dragon Ply SMART thickness tolerance is +/- 0.3mm. This is two times more stringent than ANSI/HPVA standards, resulting in more accurate layouts, production, and installation performance.
