What We’re Doing for You

• Migrating your Administrator UN/PW to the new site

• Setting up your current IPs

• Redirecting all URLs to the new pages upon launch

• Providing MARC records and metadata with new URLs in advance of launch

• Working with search and discovery vendors

• Adding video tutorials and training materials

• Having extra staff available to answer any technical questions

Do’s and Don’ts BEFORE Launch

• Do download usage statistics from 2011-2012 and

January – August 2013

• Do email us any IP Updates between October 18 – 23

• Do look out for email updates from eLibrary and [email protected]

• Do (if you wish) download new MARC records and/or metadata to start updating URLs ahead of launch

• Don’t make new URLs live until Oct. 23th

Do’s and Don’ts AFTER Launch

• Do log in to your new Administrator profile with your current credentials to see the new locations for IP updates, MARC records, etc.

• Do let your patrons know about the new site

• Don’t be shy about asking us for marketing materials or training

• Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or problems with the new site!
