Assisted Living: Tasteful, modern studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with all of the comforts of home

Memory Care: Private studios and two-bedroom companion suites, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of people with memory issues

Assisted living and memory care services and amenities included in the monthly fee:

• Three restaurant-style meals each day • Weekly housekeeping and

flat laundry service• All utilities included, except telephone• Basic cable TV• Wi-Fi conveniently located throughout

the campus • Scheduled transportation for shopping,

banking and medical appointments • Life-enriching activities • Maintenance of apartments, building

PHASE II

Independent Living: Slated to open after the assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, independent living will give residents the freedom to do the things they want to do, not the things they have to do.
