Communication involving any behavioral treatment either intentionally or unintentionally and mean to someone about emotional or physiological someone (Dunst, Lowe & Bartholomew 1990). Communication involves two-way of the signal and the signal interpretation. Communication Have two forms of verbal and non-verbal. There are four elements in the communication process of speaking the message, recipients of the message, a mutual desire to communication and methods to communicate. Communication can be implemented in three forms, namely auditory using articulator such as the tongue, lips, gums, palate and so on. Then, can be shown through visual graphics that uses pictures or video. The third through the visual gestural use of body movements and facial or body language. Meanwhile, the language is a mixture of abilities needed to communicate language or word production. According to Heward, WI & Orlansky, MD (1980), language is a system used by a group of people to give meaning to the sounds of words, body language and other symbols to enable them to communicate with each other. Meanwhile, according to Bloom & Lahey (1978) Language is knowledge using symbols to mobilize ideas and opinions. Use language allows us understanding about an object, event or events without (reproducing) reproduction.
