week 2. Vision – and Scenario building and measures

WEEK 1 SYSTEM ANALYSIS


• 10 groups of 5 international mixed students with a supervisor: 5 perspectives and upper/ lower course

• Sunday 15/9: o Field visit touring car bus o Formation of groups (evening)

• Monday 16/9: Survey plans (9)• Tuesday 17/9 – Thursday 19/9: Field surveys

• Friday 18/9: integration of results -> draft system analysis report

WEEK 2 VISION AND SCENARIO BUILDING


• 5 new groups of 10 international mixed students with a supervisor

• Resulting in 5 separate power presentations on Friday afternoon 27/9

MATERIAL


• Day to day program: Start at 9.00 h• Breakfast between 7.45-8.45 h• Document with background information (send

before and available om paper)• Website http://fs.iamadelta.eu• Presentation from experts during weeks:

o Mostly in morning and/or evening• Every evening group leader meeting

PRACTICAL ASPECTS


• attendance list: daily signatures !!!!• In between weekend is FREE• Front door is closed. If you leave the buiding during

evening or night take a key of the side door (Tony)• be in time and prepared at activities!!• after 24.00 h silence in the building. People need

their sleep. • clean up your mess (look over your shoulder if you

leave a room)• exchange mobile numbers/ room numbers• take care: there are other users (children) in El

Sabio • Money stuff: keep all you receipts and invoices
