임의로 선정한 처음 1000 ft2(100 m2) 면적을 5.1.2항에 따라

측정

추가되는 1000 ft2(100 m2) 의 도막두께 측정은 임의로 선정한

100 ft2(10 m2) 을 측정하여 검사

SSPC PA2-2012 Version의 주요 변경 내용:

불일치 부위를 확인하기 위하여 8개의 방사형

방향으로 5 ft 간격으로 spot measurements 를

측정한다(8.2.4.1항)

각각의 spot measuremen는 사업시방서 요건에

일치해야 한다

한 방향에서 연속으로 2회의 도막두께가 일치하면

측정을 중단한다.

불일치 부위를 문서화한다.

Spot Reading

The average of the acceptable 3 gage reading is the

spot measurement.

At least three gage reading’s average

검교정의 정확도(Accuracy) 확인

Gage accuracy shall be verified at a minimum of the

beginning and end of each work shit according to the

procedures described in ASTM D7091

기기를 떨어뜨렸을 때, 또는 하나의 작업기간에

오차가 너무 큰 경우 등(절차서에서 확정)

ASTM D7091는 기기의 다양성으로 제작자 매뉴얼에

따라 수행하는 것으로 기술

기록: 게이지 시리얼 번호, reference standard used,

stated thk. of the reference standard, measured thk.

도막두께 확인을 위한 절차

불일치 지역 판정: 8.2.4항

모든 100 ft2(10 m2) 면적의 도막두께가 계약문서에서

규정된 도막두께와 상이할 때 불일치 지역을 확인해야

함

5 ft 간격으로 spot DFT reading을 확인

8개 방향으로 외부로 방사하는 형태

같은 방향에서 연속적으로 두 번의 spot

measurement(5ft 간격)가 계약문서의 최소/최대 두께

내에 있을 때 합격(single spot measurement로 끝냄)

No allowance is made for variant spot measurements

as is the practice when determining the area DFT.

도막두께 확인을 위한 절차

일반적인 시방서 layer 및 system의 최소/최대치 규정

없는 경우 +/- 20%

Level 1: Most restrictive

Level 5: Least restrictive

시방서 작성자(specifier)는 특정 사업에서의

도막두께 관리 등급을 제공해야 한다(시방서 표기

필요)

만약 별도의 표기가 없을 경우에는 SSPC는 Level

3로 default한다고 기술

Things to Do

신규 발행된 기술기준의 사업 적용 시 도장검사 및

도장시공 공정에 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 적용범위에

대하여 사업주와 협의 필요

적용범위에 대한 사업주와의 협의 결과를 시방서에

반영

현장발행 도막두께 불일치 보고서 확인 시 도막두께

검측의 정확성 및 절차의 적합성을 확인

Appendix의 사업 적용성 확인 후 반영

검사기기 업체별 사용 매뉴얼 숙지 필요
