• Registered Nurse(RN) (BSN) from the University of Miami (2003-2005)• Graduate level work in pastoral counseling and theological studies

• Background in working with youth: • Sunday School and Vacation Bible Study (VBS) Teacher• Community Leader and Activist• Volunteer with non-profit organizations that work with youth (Girl Scouts,

Junior Achievement, etc.)

SO WHAT IS THE 360 EVOLUTION ACADEMY?

• Birth out of volunteering for Junior Achievement (JA)of South Florida• Founded in June 2014• Four 8-week programs

• Youth, ages 11-17 years old (middle and high schoolers)• Girls (Program 1)• Boys (Program 2)

• Singles preparing for healthy dating relationships (Program 3)• College students transitioning into the workplace (Program 4)

OBJECTIVES OF THE 360 EVOLUTION ACADEMY

1. To help youth to connect with their value and self-worth.2. To provide youth the proper tools to build their self-confidence and self-esteem.3. To realize that their inner beauty is what makes them who they are; and the more they love themselves, the more they are able to not fall into peer pressure or bully others.4. To equip them to be successful in every area of their lives now to become a more productive adult in our society.5. To aid them to acculturate in any environment despite their upbringings, surroundings or any other factors that would hinder them in doing so in life.

THE TOPICS WE COVER…• During the 8-week seminar, these are the six topics we cover…

1. Finances2. Mental and Emotional Health3. Spiritual Health and Purity4. Etiquette and Image Consulting5. Public Speaking and Leadership6. Educational and Professional Goal-setting

At the end of the 8-weeks we have a special ceremony to celebrate our youth in wanting to invest in their today to have a better tomorrow.

Note: We seek the best of the best in each industry to not just empower our youth, but to also be great role models for them. Anything is possible, and they help them to see that through sharing their own success stories.
