• Instructions will be provided before each breakout session, as well as the time allowed to complete each task

• Groups will have a laminated poster to document group decisions– Assign one person to also

document group decisions in the excel spreadsheet (helps to develop final presentation)

• Facilitators are available to answer questions

• Final group presentations scheduled for Friday

Exercise Ground Rules

• This is a cooperative environment, a chance to propose and test ideas and concepts

• The more everyone contributes, the better the exercise

• Each participant plays a crucial role in the success of each exercise, this is an opportunity to share your expertise and experiences to enhance the learning experience for everyone

• The scenario is intended to be flexible, allowing creativity and improvisation as necessary

• There are no wrong answers!

Task: Each breakout group will review their own unique version of Centralia. As you review your scenario, keep in mind the principles of Risk Assessment we just discussed in Module 4. These risk assessments will be the baseline for the entire Capstone Exercise.
