Capstone Exercise• There will be six breakout sessions to

support the development of Centralia’s Strategy and Design Plan

• Instructions will be provided before each breakout session, as well as the time allowed to complete each task

• Groups will have a laminated poster to document group decisions– Assign one person to also

document group decisions in the excel spreadsheet (helps to develop final presentation)

• Facilitators are available to answer questions

• Final group presentations scheduled for Friday
