• They are used in a group setting and they help to get insights from people with different roles and backgrounds.

How to do it? 5. Look at the outline, think about problems in
respective locations and mark them on the transparency using the symbols you chose
(You can replace the used sheet with a new transparent & follow procedure for a new problem area/theme).
After selecting the problems you want to address, you can start analyzing their causes, and finding solutions,
for example using the Fishbone diagram.
