• By renewing their lease 1 year early, NATA was able to save client $140,000 in rental obligations

• After assessing client’s needs, NATA also downsized their office space by 20% to ensure future savings

• NATA secured a new lease at a 30% savings over previous lease and a generous tenant improvement allowance
