Concept of Organizational Behavior

• Organization are human associations for achieving goals.

• Behavior is sum total of observable human activities. They can be walking, talking, eating, sleeping and working.

• Organizational behavior is the study of human behavior at work in organizations. It is concerned with organizations. It aims to improve organizational performance.
