Remove the lower handhole cover. 2. Secure the column to the anchor bolts (anchor bolt template available within the product spec sheet online. Please scan the QR code below). 3. Remove the upper hand-hole cover. 4. Insert gear tray through top of column and install on hanger bar. Secure by tightening mounting bolt. Note: For (EM) Option insert EM tray through top of column and secure same as gear tray on second hanger bar. Connect Quick-disconnect between gear tray and EM tray. 5. Make electrical connection between the gear tray and the line voltage at the lower handhole (watertight electrical connection by others). 6. Connect ground wire and screw type ground lug (supplied by others) to ground hole inside door frame. 7. Replace the lower hand hole cover. 8. For (REC) Option wire 120VAC line voltage to GFCI receptacle independent from gear tray (connections supplied by others). 9. For (PC) Option wire 3-conductor cable supplied on gear tray to photocell (connections supplied by others). 10. Place Fixture (head) on top of the Column and secure head with supplied washers and nuts. 11. Connect quick-connectors between head and gear tray (Qty 1, 2, or 3) while matching numbers marked on the connectors. 12. Replace the upper hand hole cover. 13. Test the function of the luminaire. NOTICE

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the lower handhole cover. 2. Secure the column to the anchor bolts (anchor bolt template available within the product spec sheet online. Please scan the QR code below).3. Remove the upper hand-hole cover.4. Insert gear tray through top of column and install on hanger bar. Secure by tightening mounting bolt. Note: For (EM) Option insert EM tray through top of column and secure same as gear tray on second hanger bar. Connect Quick-disconnect between gear tray and EM tray. 5. Make electrical connection between the gear tray and the line voltage at the lower handhole (watertight electrical connection by others). 6. Connect ground wire and screw type ground lug (supplied by others) to ground hole inside door frame.7. Replace the lower hand hole cover.8. NOTICE

Gear Tray and Driver Maintenance

1. Make sure the power is off to the column.2. Remove the upper hand hole cover.3. Disconnect the quick-connectors between head and gear tray (Qty 1, 2, or 3).4. Remove Fixture (head) on top of the Column by removing 4x washers and nuts. 5. Loosen bolt holding the gear tray in place.6. Pull the gear tray out through the top of the column body.7. Reverse steps 1 thru 6 once maintenance is complete. 8. Test the function of the luminaire.

*For Emergency Battery Pack (EM option) remove through upper hand hole between steps 3 and 4. Disconnect harness between Emergency Battery Pack and Gear Tray prior to removal.

NOTICE

LED/PCB and Optic Maintenance

1. Remove 2x screws from optic.2. Remove optic and molded gasket.3. Skip this step when only replacing LED/PCB. Substitute new optic and replace molded gasket. If only replacing optic reverse steps 1 and 2 and skip to step 8.4. Remove 2x screws from LED/PCB.5. Pull the LED/PCB down 6-7” and note wire polarity, red wire (+) and black wire (-), also designated on PCB connector.6. Simultaneously twist and pull wires from PCB connector.7. Reverse steps 1 thru 6 (skip step 3 when not replacing optic) to replace components.8. Test the function of the luminaire.
