Nitco Tiles Ltd. (NSE:NITCO) raises Rs. 1660 million In accordance with SEBI (DIP) guidelines, 2000 Offer comprised of 61,48,519 equity shares of Rs. 10 for a cash

price of Rs. 270. Bid was opened from Nov 16th, 2007—Nov 20th ,2007 Ten investors including eight Foreign Institutional Investors

(FIIs) and two Indian Mutual Funds (MFs) participated in the offering. Some of the major investors included Deutsche India Equity Fund, Citigroup Global Markets, Merrill Lynch - India Equities Fund and Credit Suisse.

BuyoutHamilton Sundstrand Industrial company was acquired for $3.4bn by BC

Partners and Carlyle Group. The deal is supported by debt financing commitments from Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and UBS.

El Paso Corporation Oil and Natural Gas Exploration and Production Assets, completed in May 2012. The deal is valued at $7.15bn provided by a consortium of investors including Apollo Global Management, Riverstone Holdings, Access Industries and Korea National Oil Corporation. The deal is supported by a $5.5bn debt package. Citi and J.P. Morgan were the co-lead bankers on a $3.5bn bridge to bond loan, while J.P. Morgan was the lead banker on a $2bn revolving credit facility.
