INVESTMENT AGENCYOur Investment team regularly advises and acts in either a disposal or acquisition role on a wide range of properties within London and the UK. The integration of our investment and asset management teams backed by our commercial agency presence and national property auction sales puts us in a unique position with existing and new clients to offer all-encompassing advice on strategic acquisition and disposal.

We are strong believers in value enhancement before a sale wherever possible and where time permits. Where a property has development potential or may benefit from a change of use we are able to facilitate the production of feasibility and scoping studies to illustrate development potential and advise on the merits of submitting a planning application.
