Invitation to the 30th Anniversary Event

We would like to express our deepest appreciation for your continuous support in the

activities of the IATSS Forum.

As you may know, the IATSS Forum is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its foundation

this year and to commemorate this anniversary, we will be holding an event in November,

here in Suzuka. This is where, up to today, around 900 IATSS Forum participants have

learned to “Think and Learn Together” over the 30 year history of IATSS Forum.

In this commemorative event, we would like to welcome alumni members and celebrate the

IATSS Forum’s 30th anniversary together. We have prepared packaged plan for alumni

members who are interested in coming to join the event. Please see the detailed information

below which includes expenses and necessary arrangements.

Please note that we are not able to amend this schedule, these times and dates are fixed.

2. Expenses

(A) Each alumni member should pay around 50,000 yen for the above packaged

plan when you check out of the hotel. This includes expenses of the following

items:

a) Suzuka Circuit Hotel room charges during the scheduled visit from 13th to

16th November (3 nights 4 days). Two people will share one family size

room with 4 single beds.

b) Breakfast and dinner at the hotel

(B) IATSS Forum Suzuka will pay for the following items:

a) Bus arrangement between airport and IATSS Forum

b) Lunch during your stay in Japan

c) Participation fee for one day trip

3. Necessary Arrangement

Each Alumni member will arrange and pay for the following items on their own.

Round trip air fare from your country to Japan

Your local transportation

Travel insurance (from the date of departure to the date of return)

Airport taxes (as necessary)

visa application fee (as necessary)

Arrival date is Friday 13th November 2015.

*We will arrange a pick-up bus from the airport to the IATSS Forum around

10:30am. If you miss the bus, you will need to find an alternative.

Departure date is Monday 16th November 2015

Arrival / Departure Airport in Japan: Chubu Centrair International Airport (Nagoya,

Japan)

When you book the flight, please inform us of the itinerary.

Please kindly share this information with alumni members and inform us the names of

attendees from your country’s alumni association by 20th June. Please forward all
