Inviting Guests to Your Flipgrid Topics The following step-by-step instructions will guide you through how to invite guests to your Flipgrid Topics. Note: Instructions assume that you have already created a Flipgrid through Canvas or the Flipgrid website and have added at least one Topic to your Grid.

1. Log in to your educator account (https://flipgrid.com/). 2. Click on Educator Login at the top of the screen. 3. Sign-in through the Google or Microsoft account that you used to create your Flipgrid account.

4. Grids created previously through the Flipgrid website or through Canvas will appear below the gray header bar as shown below. Click on the Flipgrid which contains the Topic(s) to which you will want to invite your guest(s).

5. Click the Action drop-down menu for the Topic to which you will want to invite your guest. Then, choose the Add Topic Guests.

6. Enable the Guest Mode setting, and Allow Recording setting (if you will want guests to record

videos).

7. Copy the Guest Code or URL link to share with your guest(s), then click the All Set! Button.
