Product InformationAlcohol-Enhanced Flux Remover - ProClean™ is a proprietary blend of alcohols engineered specifcally to quickly clean rosin fluxes, synthetic fluxes and most no-clean fluxes/pastes from all types of electronic assemblies, circuit boards and associated assembly equipment.

This low cost cleaner has a slow evaporation rate and dries residue free. It is also effective in cleaning oils and grime often found on electronics and is compatible with nearly all electronics grade materials and substrates. Use with confidence to clean assembly line items such as stencils, components, boards, displays, cables and connectors.

Product InformationGeneral Purpose Flux Remover - Flux Remover C™ is a versatile cleaner effec-tive on no-clean and rosin fluxes in benchtop and bulk cleaning applica-tions. This powerful, nonflammable cleaner is fast drying and easy to use. Recommended for cleaning all types of electronics including thru-hole, SMT, BGA boards as well as hybrids, cables, and connectors, it is little wonder the General Purpose Flux Remover - Flux Remover C is used by electronics assembly lines and repair depots throughout the world.

With excellent health/safety ratings and azeotropic properties, General Purpose Flux Remover - Flux Remover C offers advantages over competing nonflammable choices because it remains nonflammable in both liquid and vapor phases. This allows a user to specify one cleaner for benchtop as well as vapor degreaser or heated system applications.

Safe on components, nylon, epoxies, polyethylene, polyproplene and PVC. May affect polystrene and polycarbonates. Test before use on plastics.

Product InformationLead-Free Flux Remover - PowerClean™ is the strongest flux remover in the MicroCare line. It is the ideal cleaning fluid for tough lead-free flux residues, pastes, oils, inks and acrylic conformal coatings commonly found during electronic rework and repair. Engineered for time and cost savings, Lead-Free Flux Remover - PowerClean is fast drying, nonflammable and leaves no white residue. It is also an effetive cleaning fluid for degreasing, cleaning connectors, and removing light oxides all while preventing white residues.

Safe on most electronics grade components, including nylon, epoxies, polyethylene, polyproplene and PVC. May effect polystrene and polycarbonates. Testing before use on plastics is recommended. Not suitable for use in heated cleaning systems.

Product InformationNo Clean Flux Remover - VeriClean® is a moderately aggressive circuit cleaning fluid. Formulated with a volatile methylsiloxane (VMS) fluid, it dries quickly and residue-free. It is an effective flux remover as well as degreaser and general purpose cleaner. With excellent environmental properties and affordable pricing, No Clean Flux Remover - VeriClean is specified for use on manufacturing and production lines worldwide.

This versatile cleaner quickly removes fluxes, pastes, organic residues, polar soils, silicone-based conformal coatings, adhesives, greases and oils. It is ideal for cleaning thru-hole, BGA and SMT design circuit boards, and for rinsing residues from connectors. It is safe on all components.

This formula is has a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and is exempt from VOC regulations in most areas. With exceptional safety ratings it is an ideal option for use on modern production lines.

Product InformationThe MicroCare VOC-Free Flux Remover - UltraClean™ is a non-chlorinated, halogen-free, high-purity cleaning fluid, developed to clean rosin fluxes, “no-clean” fluxes and hard-to-clean lead-free solder pastes. It is the ideal cleaning fluid for perfectly clean printed circuit boards during assembly, manufacturing and rework and repair. It is also suitable for use in cleaning fingerprints, moisture, light oxides, dust and other airborne contamination frequently found on circuit boards that are returned for warranty or service work.

VOC-Free Flux Remover - UltraClean™ is the strongest halogen-free flux remover on the market. It has low odor, medium cleaning strength and dries moderately fast. It is non-corrosive and dries with no residue; and no rinsing required.

All ingredients of the VOC-Free Flux Remover - UltraClean are designated by the US EPA as VOC-exempt, and this formula complies with California CARB (California Resource Board) and SCAQMD (Souther Coast Air Quality Management District) VOC regulations. It also is labeled in compliance with Canadian WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) requirements.

This naturally derived product provides excellent cleaning power on fluxes, pastes, inks, oils and grease. Use on PCBs, FR-4, components, connectors, cables, and mechanical assemblies. It is an effective way to remove many circuit board conformal coatings and it also provides an excellent means to dissolve many adhesives used to apply pressure sensitive labels .

As a slow-drying cleaning fluid, a small amount can effectively clean a large area of contamination, minimizing solvent usage and waste. Made from citrus derived renewable resources, it offers a low-cost, environmentally sustainable approach to many difficult industrial cleaning applications. Test before use on plastic and avoid long-term skin contact.
