This really can keep a conversation flowing because everyone likes to talk about themselves

• -Achieving this can increase trust and clarity. However, failing to do this can lead to mistrust, tension, and confusion.

person like and respects you, and whether or not they can trust you.

Being stress can mess up your communication.

• - Misread other people

• Avoid jumping back into a conversation if you're stressed.

• Clearing your mind from negative thoughts will help.

After developing your ability of non- verbal communication, you'll be able to read other peoples' body language.

Things to watch for when reading others:

Our perception of others can sometimes prevent us from effectively communicating with people that we do not know or know only very little about. Our perceptions are not necessarily based on who an individual is but more on what they look like and our own internal beliefs about certain groups of people. Whether most people realize it or not, they will more often than not develop their own idea about who someone is before they have even talked to them. This can destroy any attempt at effective communication.
