Notes:1. The Machine SN must be correct or it can¶t load into IPS system2. Only one piece of Invoice allowed for single machine.3. Purchase Date can¶t be late than today

1.2 Create Purchase Date Application _Batch Upload

Operations:

When fill the template, please1. Don¶t change the template, such as add / delete / change any Columns or template names.

2. Don¶t input blank or other prefix, postfix before or behind the data.

3. Don¶t let any table empty. You can use µNA¶ instead of blank.

4. Don¶t let the same pieces of Machine SN appear in a single file repeatedly.

2.1 Approve the Correct Application

Operations:1. Set Application Status µNew Application¶

2. Click the µAuditing¶ Button (Marked in red box)

3. Then a new window came up and Click µAgree Pass¶.

* 2.2 Edit General Information of the Application

Operations:1. Click the µEdit¶ Button (Marked in red box)

2. A new window came up, modify the blank with correct Info.

3. Click µSave¶

4. Find this Application with Status µApply Modify¶

5. Approve the Application.

Notes:1. Machine SN, Purchase Date and Invoice No can¶t be edited here.

2. Make sure you've made backup Original Proof for future Audit. The whole process of Update will be

logged in system for future Audit.

Operations:1. Inquiry the Application

2. Click µDelete¶ Button and a new window pop up.

3. Click µDelete to delete the Application
