EMAIL  LIST  VIEW  

Shortcut  Key   Definition   Action  

Shift  +  r   Mark  as  “Read”  Marks  your  email  as  'read'.    Can  be  applied  to  more  than  one  email  at  a  time.    You  can  select  multiple  emails  by  using  the  <Shift>  and  up  or  down  arrows.  

Shift  +  u   Mark  as  “Unread”   Marks  your  email  as  'unread'.  You  can  select  multiple  emails  by  using  the  <Shift>  and  up  or  down  arrows.  

r   Reply   Replies  to  the  email  sender.  

a   Reply  All   Replies  to  all  email  recipients.  

f   Forward   Forwards  an  email.  

x   Check  /  Uncheck  Email(s)   Marks  email(s)  as  selected.    You  can  select  more  than  one  email  by  using  the  <Shift>  and  up  or  down  arrows.  

n   New   Compose  new  email.  

#   Delete   Deletes  email  and  select  next  email.    Deleted  emails  can  be  restored  from  the  Trash  folder.  

e   Archive   Archive  Email.    Gmail  accounts  only.  

j   Next   Shifts  focus  to  the  next  email.

l   Link  to  Existing  

Link  selected  item(s)  to  an  existing  item  in  your  Workspace,  e.g.,  Actions,  Projects,  etc.      When  selecting  a  specific  destination,  e.g.,  a  Project  to  be  linked  to,  you  can  use  the  up  and  down  arrows  and  then  <Enter>  to  finalize  your  selection.

#   Delete   Deletes  the  current  item  and  moves  to  the  next.  

v   Move  Moves  the  item  into  your  desired  destination  folder.    You  can  use  the  up  and  down  arrows  and  then  <Enter>  to  finalize  the  selection  of  the  desired  destination  folder  to  move  the  item  into.  

Ctrl  +  s   Save   Save  item  (either  while  creating  a  new  or  saving  an  existing  modified  item).
