Ireo Skyon Receives Phase-I Occupation Certificate

Ireo is delighted to announce that Ireo Skyon has received the ‘Occupation Certi�cate’ (OC) for towers C, D and E from the Director

General, Town & Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana. Consequent to this, we have commenced Phase-1 of the phased handover process.

The update on project progress – the structure work of remaining towers A, B & F is already complete and �nishing work is in progress.

The landscape work in the central green and work on the Club is at an advanced stage. Soon, we will be applying for the OC for these

towers also. A dedicated Resident Services Team is ready to help the residents in settling down and addressing any issues or queries.
