IRS is a specialist value add manufacturer, supplier and stockist of a broad range of rubber extrusions, sponge extrusions and rubber mouldings, including custom designed moulding. We carry a comprehensive stock of rubber sheeting in most compounds, including natural, neoprene, nitrile EPDM, silicone rubber, hypalon, viton and profile rubber sheet. We also distribute a full range of double sided and general purpose foam tapes. Our large range of sealants includes SMP silicone, polyurethane, acrylic, mastic and panel adhesive, both in sausage and cartridge form, together with backing rod applications tools and guns.

To complement this vast range, we also stock and distribute a comprehensive range of body building, switchboard, and general hardware, including locks, latches, hinges, gas struts, drawer slides and handles.

Wet Area N-600Admil’s WET AREA N-600 is a premium quality 100% neutral oxime curing silicone adhesive-sealant, containing antifungacide to prevent mold growth in hot and humid areas.

It is ideal for: sealing in bathrooms, kitchens, hotel wash basins, shower screens etc.

Prosil 20 100% Acetic silicone

Prosil 20 100% Acetic cure silicone is a high temperature moisture curing high performance industrial silicone that can with stand temperatures from -60 degrees Celsius to 205 degrees Celsius.

Commonly used in: industrial building applications, automotive gaskets, applications where resistance to high temperature and flexibility are required.

PRO-FLEX 25

Admil’s Pro-Flex 25 is a premium low modulus paintable one component sealant based on silane terminated MS polymer. This unique “green” polymer is free from solvents, isocyanates, and other hazardous raw materials.

Prosil 20 is paintable with water based paints, has superior adhesion and will not corrode metals. Superior uv resistance.

Neutral Silicone

Neutral silicone adhesive/sealant is generally used in glazing, industrial and automotive sealing applications where excellent adhesion and long term reliability is required.

Urethane

Premium low modulus paintable one component hybrid polyurethane sealant, cross linked with silane.
