Transitional Continuum of Care

Unlike typical 30-day programs where there is a high incidence of relapse once a client leaves treatment, Insight To Recovery’s full continuum of care provides our clients with the best possible opportunity for abstinence and long term recovery.

Day/Night Program (PHP) - 4 to 6 weeks - Clients participate in process, relapse-prevention and educational groups 5 days a week and meet with their individual therapists weekly. Our Behavioral Health Techs function as Life Coaches, escorting our clients to daily 12-Step meetings, introducing them to sober supports and connecting with a sponsor within seven days of admission. Life skills include Building Self-Esteem, Personal Care, Housekeeping, Budgeting, Shopping and Time Management

Transitional Continuum of Care

Dual-Intensive Outside (IOP) 6 to 8 Weeks - Our dual level IOP is designed to help clients find suitable employment while in treatment, and teach them how to apply lessons learned in treatment to real life experiences.

*At Level I clients participate in groups 3-5 days a week and one hour of individual therapy. We provide occupational workshops and counseling where clients learn how to create a resume, find job search resources, participate in mock interviews and to “Dress For Success”.

*During Level II, clients learn how to create a balance between nurturing their sobriety through treatment (group 3 days a week and weekly individual therapy sessions) and 12 Step participation while simultaneously maintaining employment, studies or volunteer work.

Individual and Group Outpatient Therapy - Upon completion of Level II IOP, clients continue to work, study or volunteer while attending individual and group sessions weeky and following an ongoing recovery plan through participation in AA/NA and working with a sponsor.
