Last Thursday, Grade One went on our excursion. We went to Coles and got to go into the back to see how our food is stored and moved around. We got given a doughnut, a Twiggy meat stick and a special prize at the end of the trip! Next we went to Woodsies Gem Shop. We had a talk about all the different gems and got to go into the caves. Then we went into the maze and we all got totally lost, even our teachers! After that we went to Jaycee Park for lunch and we played on the playground equipment. Finally we came back to school to play games, have a disco and eat a yummy dinner of pizza and chips. We had a great time!
