What do I eat on a typical day?

Breakfast: milk with corn flakes, bread with jam, a piece

of brioche.

Lunch: pasta, cheese pie, fish, poultry, salad, legumes,

vegetables, salty pancakes.

Dinner: egg, milk with biscuits, tost, cheese rolls.

Snacks: fruit, a piece of cake, a sandwich, a doghnut.

Ingredients

I eat 2-3 fruits a day, like bananas, apples, tangerines, cranberries,

pears, strawberries, cherries e.t.c.

I eat meat 1-2 times a week. I usually eat beef, steaks, sausages

and ham. I don't usually eat poultry, because I don't like it.

I eat vegetables 6-7 times a week, like tomatoes, lettuce, peppers

e.t.c.

I eat sweets very often 'cause I love them, but it isn't good for my

health.

I always eat dairy products and I accompany my meals (especially

breakfast, dinner and snacks) with milk.

Finally, I eat fish 1-2 times a week.

What do I eat at weekends?

Breakfast: cream, corn flakes with milk, a piece of cake/

brioche, a doghnut, a croissant.

Lunch: fish, meat with potatoes, salad, cheese, bread,

pasta, cheese pie.

Dinner: tost with milk, biscuits with milk, pizza, sweet

pancakes.

Snacks: fruit, a piece of cake, biscuits, sandwich.

Ingredients

At weekends, I don't usually eat fruit because I go out with my friends, so we eat more unhealthy food.

I usually eat pizza or club sandwich with orange juice for dinner.

Also, I usually eat meat or fish for lunch at weekends, like steaks with potatoes, beef with mashed potatoes, meat balls e.t.c.

I eat sweet pancakes with chocolate or biscuits for dinner, but when I eat something that has chocolate, I must drink 1-2 cups of milk.

How healthy is my diet?

I don't think that my diet is very healthy, but it's hard for me to change it. I try to avoid sweets and fast food, but I can't stop eat them.

I try to eat from all the food groups, but generally I'm not easy with the food (especially the healthy food) 'cause I don't like them.

Most of the times, I eat homemade food and I've started to deteste fast food.

I often eat sweets 'cause I love them! I know that I must eat fewer, but I can't.

What can I do to improve my diet so that I'm healthier?

I must put a limit with the sweets.

I should start eating from all the food groups the necessary amount.

I should eat more vegetables and meat.

I shouldn't eat fast food.

I should eat a healthier breakfast at weekends.

Is my friend's diet healthy?

I think that Vasilia's diet could be a bit healthier. She just have to avoid eating so many sweets and fast food, although they're so tasty. But it's very good that she eats a lot of fruit and from all the food groups.
