Open tournament for all rated and unrated Players
Entry Fee:
R 3,500/- for All Players (Accommodation Extra)
No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.
Free entry for all GM’s, IM’s WGM’s & WIM’s and WGM’s and other Players having ELO Rating 2400 and above.
For Players with rating between 2000 to 2399 – Rs.2500/-(For deciding the entry fee current rating of the Players will be considered.)
The last date of entry: 15th September, 2015Entries with late fee of R 500/- from 16th September to 30th September, 2015
Entries will also be accepted at the venue till 09:00 Hrs. on 1st October, 2015 with a late fee of R 1,000/-. No request towards
waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained.

System of Play: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 9 rounds.
Time Control:
90 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1.
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however will not be shared.

Entry Form:
It is mandatory to forward the entry form in the given format for accepting the entries along with prescribed entry fee. Organizers have the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason.
Registration:
AICF registration fee for 2015-16 is compulsory for all Indian participants. The registration fee of R 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players. Please bering one passport size photograph of players.
